唐启邦，男，广东珠海人，现中山大学海洋工程与技术学院博士后。2026年澳门大学博士学位。主要从事南海多尺度环流与动力过程、河口径潮动力方向研究，参与国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金重点项目。研究成果在《ocean sciences》、《Journal of Ocean University of China》、《Advances in Water Resources》等期刊发表论文4篇。
